Ruka is a bit of a mind reader! While he can't dig around in people's heads for their deepest secrets or anything like that, his hearing is so supernaturally sensitive he can actually hear thoughts.
Thanks to people's previous reactions to his power, he's going to be avoiding revealing it as much as he can. But he also has trouble telling thought from spoken word at times, so slip-ups are still possible.

At any rate, if:
you don't want him all up in your character's thoughts,
they'd be hard to read,
they always speak their mind anyway,
or...whatever else may be related, let me know! o/

If any fights happen, I'll likely auto-blank it because otherwise he'll be annoyingly hard to pin down.
